These terms apply when you use anymacs.com or contact Anymacs Technologies ("Anymacs", "we") through WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, phone or email. By using our services you agree to them.
About us
Anymacs is an independent reseller of new and pre-owned Apple products based in Kerala, India. We are not affiliated with Apple Inc. Apple, Mac, MacBook, iPad and iPhone are trademarks of Apple Inc.
Products and prices
- Prices, stock and specifications on the website and in our messages can change without notice. An order is confirmed only when we confirm it to you and receive payment.
- The condition of pre-owned items is described in the listing or in our messages. Please check the details before you buy.
- If a price or listing has an obvious mistake, we may cancel the order and refund any payment.
Payments, delivery and returns
- Payment methods and delivery timelines are shared when you order.
- Warranty, return and replacement terms depend on the product and are told to you before purchase. Apple warranty, where it applies, is handled under Apple's own terms.
Messaging with us
- When you message us, we may reply using our staff and automated or AI-assisted tools. Information from automated replies is a guide only; our team confirms prices and orders.
- Please do not send us passwords, card numbers or OTPs.
- Your use of WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram is also governed by Meta's own terms.
- You can stop receiving messages from us at any time by telling us "STOP".
Acceptable use
Do not misuse our website or messaging services, for example by sending spam, abusive content, or trying to access our systems without permission.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Anymacs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Indian consumer law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Kerala.
