Welcome to anymacs.com. These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of our website and to all purchases, sales and trade-ins made with Anymacs (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website or buying from us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About Anymacs
Anymacs sells brand new and pre-owned professional Apple machines, including MacBook Pro, Mac Studio, Mac Pro, Mac mini and iPad Pro. Anymacs is an independent seller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc.
2. Products and Descriptions
- We sell only genuine Apple products.
- We try to describe every product accurately, including model, chip, memory, storage and condition. Product photos are for reference and may differ slightly from the actual item.
- Pre-owned devices may show signs of normal use. Their condition is described as clearly as possible at the time of sale.
- Availability of stock is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.
3. Condition Grading (Pre-Owned Devices)
Every pre-owned device is tested by our quality checking team before sale. We grade each device based on its cosmetic and functional condition and share this grade, along with battery health where applicable, before purchase. Please read the grade and description carefully before ordering.
4. Prices and Payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
- Prices may change without notice. The price at the time your order is confirmed will apply.
- If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
- Payment must be completed in full before delivery or handover, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- GST invoices are provided for all purchases. Business customers should share their GST number at the time of ordering.
5. Orders and Cancellation
- An order is confirmed only after we accept it and receive payment.
- We may refuse or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, the payment fails, or we suspect fraud.
- You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us. Once dispatched, the return policy applies.
6. Delivery and Pickup
- We deliver across India through trusted courier partners. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location or courier delays.
- Customers can also collect orders from our store in Kaladi, Kerala.
- Please check the package on delivery. If it is damaged or tampered with, refuse the delivery or record an unboxing video and inform us within 24 hours.
7. Warranty
- Brand new products are covered by Apple’s official manufacturer warranty, subject to Apple’s own terms.
- Pre-owned products come with an Anymacs warranty of [warranty period, e.g. 3 months] from the date of purchase, unless any remaining Apple warranty or AppleCare applies.
- Our warranty covers hardware faults that occur during normal use. It does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorised repairs, software issues caused by the user, or normal wear such as battery ageing.
8. Returns and Refunds
- Pre-owned devices can be returned within [number] days of delivery if the device is faulty or not as described.
- Returned products must be in the same condition as delivered, with all accessories, box (if provided) and invoice.
- Brand new sealed products can be returned only if unopened, or if faulty as confirmed by Apple or an authorised service centre.
- Once a return is approved and the device is inspected, refunds are processed within [number] working days to the original payment method.
- We do not accept returns for change of mind once a device has been used, unless agreed in writing.
9. Selling or Trading In Your Device
- You must be the legal owner of any device you sell or trade in to Anymacs, and the device must not be stolen, lost, financed or under any legal dispute.
- You must provide valid ID proof and, where available, the original purchase invoice.
- Before handing over the device, you must back up your data, sign out of your Apple ID, turn off Find My and erase the device. We are not responsible for any data left on the device.
- The final price is confirmed only after we inspect the device. If its condition differs from what you described, we may revise or withdraw our offer.
- If a device is later found to be stolen or activation-locked, we may report it to the authorities and recover any amount paid.
10. Use of Our Website
You agree not to misuse our website, including attempting to hack it, copying its content, posting false information or using it for any unlawful purpose. All content on this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to Anymacs unless stated otherwise. Apple product names and trademarks belong to Apple Inc.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Anymacs is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data, business or profit, arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product concerned. Please always back up your data.
12. Privacy
Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala having jurisdiction over our registered office.
