This policy explains how Anymacs Technologies ("Anymacs", "we", "us"), a reseller of new and pre-owned Apple products based in Kerala, India, collects and uses personal information when you visit anymacs.com or contact us through WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, phone or email.
Information we collect
- Contact details – your name, phone number, WhatsApp or social media profile name, email and delivery address when you share them with us.
- Messages and calls – the messages, photos, documents and voice notes you send us, and records of calls with our team (calls may be recorded for quality and training).
- Order and payment details – the products you enquire about or buy, invoices, delivery information, and payment confirmations or slips you send us. We do not store your card or bank login details.
- Website data – basic technical data such as your browser type, pages visited and cookies needed for the site to work.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiries, give quotes and process orders, deliveries, warranty and service requests.
- To send you updates you asked for, such as order status or product availability.
- To keep business, tax and GST records required by law.
- To improve our service, including using AI tools to help our staff read, sort and reply to messages faster.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
- Meta (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram), when you message us on those platforms.
- Service providers that help us run the business, such as hosting, courier and payment companies, and AI providers that process messages on our behalf.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
These providers may process data outside India. They only receive what is needed for their service.
How long we keep it
We keep chat and customer records while you are a customer and for as long as needed for warranty, accounting and legal reasons (tax records are usually kept for at least 8 years). You can ask us to delete your data at any time – see our Data Deletion Instructions.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop sending you messages. Email info@anymacs.com or message us on WhatsApp.
Security
We keep your information on secured servers, limit access to staff who need it, and use encrypted connections (HTTPS).
Children
Our services are not meant for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
