You can ask Anymacs Technologies to delete the personal data we hold about you, including data we received through WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or Instagram.
How to ask
- Email info@anymacs.com with the subject "Data deletion request", or send the words "Delete my data" to us on WhatsApp at +91 81139 29499.
- Include the phone number, WhatsApp number or Facebook / Instagram name you used to contact us, so we can find your records.
- We may ask you to confirm the request from that same number or account, to make sure it is really you.
What happens next
- We will confirm your request within 7 days and complete it within 30 days.
- We delete your chats, messages, call records, contact details and any notes about you from our systems.
- We will reply to tell you when it is done.
What we may have to keep
Indian law requires us to keep invoices and tax (GST) records for a set number of years. If you bought from us, we keep only the details needed on those records and delete them when the legal period ends.
Removing the Anymacs app from Facebook
You can also remove our app's access in Facebook: go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find Anymacs and click Remove. Then contact us as above if you want the data we already hold deleted.
